“I see dead people” – My experience of COVID19 as an ICU nurse

Tasha, an intensive care unit (ICU) nurse based in London, shares about her experiences caring for patients during the COVID19 pandemic, and the impact it had on her. This experience left Tasha suffering with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) after dealing with the trauma of regular deaths and having to comfort people who were dying and separated from their families due to quarantining measures. Not only this, her team were working under terrible conditions, with a huge amount of uncertainty and without proper training or even proper equipment at times.
